Please Help, all was working fine until yesterday Sad

no outlook clients can send email in outlook 2010 on windows 2008 r2 sp1 server. have upgraded kerio connector in outlook to current server edition 8.3.1 (2843 T0)

Have tested all other server environments work to the same kerio mail server, all ok accept this one.

Have tested firewall, no rule changes or settings have been altered,

Have disable anti virus on this server, no effect.

Have removed recently installed software, no effect.

Have removed Exchange Addons...

In outlook all they get is....

Task 'Kerio Connect (KOC Offline Edition) - Sending' reported error (0x80048002) : 'This task was cancelled before it was completed.'

Would appreciate any ideas

Hello Robert,

I presume everything looks OK and works fine using Kerio Connect Client (Webmail)?

If so, try creating a new Outlook profile and test that.
