Starting today several of our users have reported problems getting emails in their i-devices (iPad Air, iPad 3, iPhone 5S, iPhone 4S) all running iOS 8.0
The Mail.app seems to do a refresh but no new items appear on the devices (new mail show up in the user's Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010 and in webmail). No error message is shown on the devices - simply "updated just new" in the bottom of the list.
On Kerio, the following message are logged everytime a device refreshes:

[25/Sep/2014 12:54:37] ASyncMoveItems.cpp: ActiveSyncMessageToMove::fromWbXml: Missing required element in request

A reboot of the device solves the problem for a couple of hours but then it is the same again.

All i-devices are using EAS and Kerio is latest and greatest.

What gives?

I suggest enable debug log messages for ActiveSync.

OK - enabled logging. Most users have now updated to 8.0.2 so they are freshly rebooted as well. No errors reported this morning.
