Hello everyone,

This past friday we started having issues with all of our mobile devices not being able to receive email on the exchange accounts we configured for our business. When setting up the account after typing in all the credentials and typing done to activate the account, we keep getting the error message " The Connection to the Server Failed"
The accounts have been working fine up until friday. Of course our License expired a day after the issue began so we no longer have access to technical support.

The email accounts work fine when setting them up on a laptop via Mac Mail however on any mobile device when typing in the credentials, whether on an iPad, an iPhone or any iPHone for that matter we are unable to get them to work in any fashion.

Has anyone else encounter this issue? Any input on how to try and troubleshoot this would be great. We are running Kerio Connect client version 8.2.0 and have 10 user accounts, I tried to remove the mobile devices from all the accounts, also I reindexed the mailboxe's to see if that helped, nothing seemed to work. I do keep getting an error when setting it up that says Cannt verify Server Identity, Setting cannot verify the identity of " " would you like to continue anyway? I click continue and issue persists. Would this have anything to do with the Exhange not being able to connect on a mobile device? If so how do I create a new valid license?

I will note that adding the mail box on the mobile devices via IMAP works fine! Not sure why exchange isn't working?


Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a newb to the whole Kerio mail client and this is a very important client to us.

Exchange ActiveSync feature requires a valid Software Maintenance subscription. So if your license does not have a valid Software Maintenance (with Exchange ActiveSync license) it will not work. You can use however IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV combination, which is a preferred option for iOS devices in newer Kerio Connect versions.
