Alessandro,
It seems some client sends either request witch does not contain all required information or a request witch confuses Connect's parser.

First, You have to enable "HTTP Server Modules/ActiveSync Synchronization" in debug log. Then wait for the next occurrence of the issue. Finally either match time of log entry in error and debug log or search the debug log for entry containing Cmd=MoveItems. The next line should contain user name of a user whose device causes the problem. The other lines below will be THE request contents (hex dump mess), please submit it here to let me see if the problem is on device or on Connect.

We have the same error from KC 8.3.4 patch 1 (3377) for user John.
The symptom is that his iPhone reports that it has recently updated but it is missing mail from the last few days. In KC Admin > Users > Mobile Devices > Details the sync timestamps against INBOX and other folders are old. This device has been working well until yesterday.

I followed your instructions, Petr, and here are the matching entries from the Error and Debug logs. First the Error log:

[02/Dec/2014 10:47:45] ASyncMoveItems.cpp: ActiveSyncMessageToMove::fromWbXml: Missing required element in request

This appears to correspond with John's iPhone entry in the Debug log:
[02/Dec/2014 10:47:45][10424] {activesync} ActiveSyncRequest::Initialize: Client: ApplC37JGU3KF39C (12.1) from 192.168.20.114:49171: User: john.xxxxxx<_at_>xxxxxxxxx.com, Cmd: MoveItems, request:

If you need any more information please let me know. Any help would be much appreciated.

We worked around this by using the following procedure. (But we are still unhappy that the problem may start again at any time.)
- Go somewhere with fast wifi, not just mobile signal.
- On the iPhone go into Settings->mail, contacts, calendars ->Activesync email account and turn Off the sync for mail, contacts, calendars & reminders.
- Restart the iPhone.
- Go back into the same settings and turn them all back On again.
- Restart the iPhone a 2nd time.
