Kerio Connect 8.3.2 now lets an administrator fill in full contact information for users/accounts, for example full name, job title, company name, address, telephone number, etc.

This information shows up as you would expect in Kerio Connect webmail, and if you setup a special CardDAV account to access the public contacts folder aka. company directory then CardDAV also returns all this information.

Note: This therefore also means that in order to get both private contacts and the public list via CardDAV one must setup two CardDAV accounts. See http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/os-x/how-to-manual ly-create-a-carddav-account-in-apple-address-book-721.html

However if you set up an Exchange account using EWS it does not return all this additional information in the GAL (Global Address List) it only returns the email address. This is a completely non-sensical decision. I have therefore submitted a feedback suggestion to Kerio to request they fix this, i.e. that the GAL show the full contact information.

If you agree with this it would help a lot if you could visit the following page and vote for this suggestion.
