Hello everybody,

I'm new here and need some help from you and I hope that somebody of you have a tip for me or a solution.

My system:
Win8.1 64bit
Mircosoft office 2007
Kerio Offline Connector 7.3.1-6199-p2

All updates (Windows and Office) is installed.

I got yesterday my new latop and I'm not able to use office. When I start office, it directly crash and after I confirm the error message it close directly (see attachment). When I change the profile from Kerio to outlook under settings - mails. Outlooks starts without problems.

When you have questions or need more information, just ask me, i will try to answer as good as possible and sorry for my englisch Embarassed

I am running Win8.1 64bit, Outlook 2007 32bit, but using Kerio 8.3.2 both KOFF and KOC connectors without a problem.

Not sure this will help, but you can try stopping the Connect server, deleting the "__keriomapi__STORE" from your folder in the mail store on the connect server, restart Connect service, and try again.

Also, have you tried creating a new profile in Outlook?
