Hi Mathias,

You should be able to do this with the 'Custom Rules'. If you go to Web Admin->Configuration->Spam Filter->Content Filter->Custom Rules, you can create a rule that states that the 'Header' equals 'subject' and has 'Type' equal 'is empty'. Then you can select the default action to be 'Reject and treat as spam'.

I hope this helps,
Vicky

Sounds good at the first impression but it would be much better if the user could get a popup which says "subject required" or so. The way you described will lead us to get Blocked-Mail-Messages to our own employees which is not the best thing at all.

Hi Mathias,

That would be a nice feature but is not possible at the moment. If you would like this feature in a future version of Kerio please use the 'Suggest Idea' button on the Dashboard of the Web Admin in Kerio Connect when you first login to the Web Admin.

At least with this rule it would stop emails being sent but as you pointed out it is not the most user-friendly way of doing.

All the best,
Vicky
