I'm new in a company and now I have to manage Kerio, but I've never had done that before.
Actually the latest emails were downloaded from the provider from server 1 and forwarded to server 2.
On Server 2 is running Kerio and distributes the emails to the clients. Now should server 2 recieve emails directly from the provider, not from server 1, and server 1 must be switched off. Where should I have to change it in the Kerio Connect Administration?
Thanks for help.

That depends on how server 1 is currently collection mails from the provider. Is this through POP3 or SMTP?

OK, but how does the ISP deliver the mails to server 1?

The company have bought a domain from a provider, where the emails are send to.
Server 1 has an installed software called "Email Forwarding System" and is looking for emails on our domain from the provoder.
There are two tabs, POP3 and SMTP. In POP3 are the informations for the POP3-Server from the provider, where the software is receiving emails from. In SMTP is an option active called "forwarding". There ist the servername from server 2.
What I am looking for now is the option in Kerio, where I can configure, that it must ask for emails from the provider, not server 1. But I cannot find this option...

It looks like you have to re-point POP3 to the ISP, this is here:

Configuration > Delivery > POP3 Download

That's great, thank you.
I've chacked the POP3 options and it looks like Kerio is looking for emails from the provider. But if I switch off server 1 only emails can be send received from the intranet. Kerio isn't looking for emails from the provider. Do you have an idea, why?

I am using SSL with special port "995" and POP3-Authentification "Nur" and POP3 is active...

Maybe server 1 is also configured as a router/firewall and when you switch it off, server 2 can't get out to the internet on POP3?

Now it works fine, but there is an other problem.
Server 1 was switched off and kerio receive emails, but it do not forward them to the user.
I can see that, when I check the protocol.
Internal emails are forwarded, but not the external.
What can I do now?

When I go to Configuration -> Delivery and klick "download now" on POP3, it works, but only then. I want, that emails from external are forwarded every 5 minutes.
(Internal emails in real time, but it works already.)

Internal mail is not using POP3, but goes from one internal user to the other directly. So I guess you still have a problem with the POP3 setup.

Please post the relevant parts of the log files here.
