So I have an extension (snom 870) that's setup with multiple outgoing identities. I can switch between them okay but when I make an internal call, the caller ID shows up as the last identity in the list. I can't seem to change this.

I don't know if it does this for external calls because I override the external Caller ID to be the business number.

Any ideas on why this happens?

it sounds like a matter of the phone. I don't think it is Operator related. You can confirm that by creating a packet dump and looking at the From header in the INVITE packets.
