Hi I am just wondering. Why is the spam button filter doesn't appear to be working.
Here is a scenario that just happened. Everyone in the office gets spammed from what appear to be the same source. And multiple times. One users mentioned even though he clicked the mark message as spam button, it appears it's not really doing anything. Subsequent spam messages came in minutes after it's an identical message to the one marked as spam.

What explanation could I give out to the user?

Check the spam statistics, the Bayes filter won't work until a certain number of different spam mails (200?) were detected / marked.
