Hi All,

We've got problems with the Kerio Operator(Latest release) including several phones, when there is an incoming call (external), and we want to transfer this to another 'internal' Phone. The call is not being transferred also the account is lost at the Phone. Caller is not hearing anything, which won't hang up.

Do you guys have any idea?

Hi,

in order to help you, please answer a few questions.

Did it work prior upgrading to 2.3.3?
Can you dial the target extension from the phone?
Which transfer are you doing - Attended or Blind?
Are you using a phone's button or the Operator's feature code?
Which phones brand/type are affected?
