When some emails have special forms like (underlining, shading or some special color), the email don´t can send, and I see this message in Log> Security "[28/Oct/2014 10:22:58] IPS: Packet drop, severity: Low, Rule ID: 124:11 smtp: Quoted-Printable Decoding failed, proto:TCP, ip/port:10.0.101.222:52539"

Please help me, I am new in Kerio, I learn how to make traffic rules, and some configurations, but I don´t now how correct this problem,

Out of curiosity, what mail client is being used to send the emails that are triggering this entry in the log?

If you are 100% certain that you want to allow these emails you can go to:
Intrusion Prevention -> Advanced -> Add. Then enter "124:11" in the Rule ID field within Ignored Signatures.
