Have a site with Connect 8.3.2, working with a another company running Lotus Notes (checking on version). Kerio Connect user created an meeting in Outlook 2007, with several participants. The meeting organizer was asked to add one more participant. The Outlook 2007 user on Kerio Connect made the change and sent out the update to the meeting.

The Lotus Notes users received a meeting cancelation notice, the Outlook users did not. The Outlook user on Kerio Connect can send updates or resend the invite: but, the Lotus Notes users receive no such notice.

This may sound strange, but is the Lotus Notes recipient entered as a contact in the sender's Outlook address book?

If so, perhaps try deleting the Lotus Notes contact, then try to re-add the contact and re-send the invitation to them.
If that doesn't work, remove the person from the address book and invite them by just fully typing in their email address.
If THAT doesn't work, try changing the message format in Outlook from HTML (or RTF) to PLAIN TEXT, then re-send the invitation.

Does this solve the problem?

Some (possibly) related issues I've come across:

Other suggestions:
Have the Lotus user check their trash/deleted items folder for the notifications. Notices may be being deleted on arrival for some reason (perhaps a time-zone issue).
