Anyone else having an issue with Control 8.4.1 Build 2731 ???

I am no longer able to add IP addresses or a range of IP Addresses to this very latest version of Control using the web based interface on Windows 7 or Red Hat Linux 6.

Hello,

What happens when you try? I just tested it here and it works just fine.

Let us know.

All the best,

Jonas

I get a little pop-up Error window. This is one I just received and all I did was start the Control interface.

This appears to be a browser-related problem vs. a problem with Control's operation. Are you able to repeat the problem with the same browser? Does the problem go away if you use a different browser?

Whether its Firefox on Windows 7 or Firefox on Red Hat Linux 6.x, I get the issue and it just appeared after the last release of Control.

It also happens with Microsoft's Internet Explorers on Windows 7.

This still isn't working.

Would re-installing the Control software on the server and restoring my configuration help?
I have many, many groups of IP addresses and I was wondering if this would "Clean Up" the configuration by placing the IP Addresses in numerical order?
