Hello,

I have friends who have GMAIL email addresses that are not able to contact me on my email address Kerio

Apparently some GMAIL SMTP servers are blacklisted on spam list SORBS DNSBL :
550 5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the SORBS DNSBL database, bye

One solution would be to remove SORBS DNSBL blacklists, but this list is very effective for the rest. I'd like to keep the list.

Is it possible to keep the list and put in GMAIL white list somewhere?

Thanks

First of all, SORBS is not a very reliable list, it has some false positives.

If you still want to keep it, I would reconfigure it, so it does not block, but just adds a score to your Spam score (e.g. add 2.0).

So Gmail mails will still come through, but real Spam will be blocked.

Ok this is the only solution? It is not possible to make exceptions on a black list?

What is strange is that the person who tried to send me an email and received an error message in return I can not find it in the log spam. All blocked messages are not listed in the log?

Thanks

You can whitelist IP addresses, but as GMail has tons of SMTP IP addresses that keep changing all the time, I think this will be a difficult task to keep uptodate. Just go to

"Custom whiteList of IP addresses" at the top of the Blacklist page.

Blocked mails cannot be seen in the "Spam" log, they can be seen in the "Security" log:

Quote:
[05/Nov/2014 15:38:05] IP address 192.200.125.122 found in DNS blacklist SPAMHAUS ZEN, mail from <Get.MicroKnife@sliking.asia> to <c.aguajo<_at_>mydomain.net> rejected

If an SMTP server is blacklisted in Kerio but I add the sender in my contact, it is still frozen?

No, the blocking is done in a very early stage, so you can only whitelist IP addresses.
