Hi, I'm hoping there is an easy solution to this. I have a couple of users who have inboxes nearing 100GB. After discussing it with them, they are happy to remove everything from a certain date but they want me to take care of this on the server. Is the best way to go about this to stop the server, move the .eml files from that date out of the #msgs folder in the INBOX and then start the server and reindex their account? Do I need to stop the server to do this or I can I pull the .eml files out and reindex while the server is running? Thanks.

Hello Gredo,

That is a good way of doing it; but yes, we would recommend that you stop Kerio Connect server whilst you do the move.

We use a perl script and IMAP library to accomplish this task without downing the server.. And the best thing is it can be done by dates and then into specified folders
