Hi, does anybody have experience of this. We have analogue lines coming in.
When we use auto attend script if the incoming caller hangs up before we answer the call KO keeps ringing the extension and also keeps the incoming line as busy, so no other caller can get through.
We have set the auto scripts up as described in the manual and they work well except in the above situation.
Any comments welcomed.
KO is great IMO

how are the analogue lines connected to Operator? Via a PCI card or using an Analogue-to-sip adapter?

Does the line stay up forever, or is the issue only in the fact that it takes too long until it is disconnected?

Hi, you need to set up the right call end detection method. It's usually the "kewl start". If you are not sure about the method your local telco uses, simply try the methods one by one until you find the one that works.
Previous Topic: No possibility of recognition, which agent has taken the call
Next Topic: stick outbound interface to extension
