Hello,

Kerio VPN client cannot start, when Kerio VPN Service is not running.

Please start this service on target computer.

If the service fails to start, try complete uninstall of Kerio VPN client and fresh installation.

Let me know, if it helps.

All the best,

Jonas

Hello,

Error 61 means "connection refused". If the service is running, it must have opened tcp/udp ports for listening. You can check them with:

netstat -an | grep 43434

command. It should output something like:

tcp4 0 0 127.0.0.1.43434 *.* LISTEN
udp4 0 0 127.0.0.1.43434 *.*

These ports are administrative interface of VPN service. If these ports are both opened, check Mac's Application Firewall settings. It is possible, that it is misconfigured and blocks traffic even from localhost.

All the best,

Jonas
