Hi,
Is there an option somewhere to record a welcome message?
When inbound calls are received, we've set up a pre-recorded wav files which is played automatically. Once the message ends, the extension is called.
Now our Customer would like to record a new message from time to time (for Holiday season for example). It should be possible for them to record this message from their phones, right?
How to do so?

http://kb.kerio.com/956 will help with configuring the scripts for holidays.

To record from the phone, go to PBX Services and verify the extension that has a description of "Record audio". The default extension is 86. Make sure the box is ticked.

Then, from any extension, dial 86 and record the audio. It will be stored in Definitions-->Audio File Library and have a timestamped filename that you can rename by right-clicking and selecting Advanced.

Thanks for the info!
Now something a bit different : is it possible to upload a wav file and use it as the voicemail welcome message for an extension ?
I know it's possible to record this when accessing the voicemail from the extension itself, but here we'd like to use the same message for each extension.
Other question : how can we reach the voicemail of another extension (example: from 201, reach voicemail for extension 202, and record his welcome message) ?

There is another PBX service to access voicemail which doesn't perform the automatic login. The service is called "51 - Voicemail with login prompt"
