Hello guys,
I'm trying to install the latest KOFF 8.3.4 p1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with RDS and MS Office 2013 St.
From user account, who installed software, works good. Any other user accounts get error mapi_e_unconfigred.
If it does not support, when it is?
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello Hellos,

Have you tried install KOFF from the Administrator user?

It sounds like user permission issue.

I hope it helps.

All the best,

Jonas

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, there are no changes. I reinstalled under the local administrator account MS Office 2013 and KOFF (Install Application on Remote Desktop). I sign in as domain user, start Outlook, create a blank account, add the Kerio account. When i click on a mail folder of Kerio account get the error "The set of folders cannot be opened. 0x8004011 c: MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED"
Sorry for english Smile

Each time, when Outlook starts, I get a pop-up window KOFF for authorization(Save password - checked)

Hello,

Do you have any antivirus enabled there? If you do please try disabling for testing purposes and test it again.

Try removing the profiles you have (if you can) and then create a new profile without email support.

Once you do that try to re-create a brand new profile with Kerio using "Integration with Windows" from webmail.

Let me know how you go.

All the best,

Jonas

All this angst would go away if Kerio just brought back the On-Line (no caching) version of the Outlook connector.

Just one question...should I roll back to Windows Server 2012 or is there a chance, that a fix is being released soon ?

We can't reproduce this issue. Do you use session-based or VM-based desktop?
