Hello Mark,

How did you setup Outlook profile in your laptop?

Are you using Kerio Outlook connector?

If so did you setup manually or using Integration with windows option from webmail?

Have you tried creating a new profile?

All the best,

Jonas

I'm afraid I can't do a great job answering your questions. As mentioned initially, the ISP setup the software on the machines. I was just hoping the problem was something obvious/easy that I could resolve myself.

Her account(s) were a GMAIL POP and a local ISP POP. Connector was installed locally and (from what I understood) Kerio was allowed to automatically convert the accounts. I'm almost positive that at the time of install a new profile was created using the old profile as backup.

If you think this is something that really does require a working knowledge of Kerio then do say so and I'll not attempt to go further myself.

Thanks,

Mark

Hello Mark,

In this case I advise you to contact your ISP to get help.

All the best,

Jonas
