We're having trouble with phones that do not react when receiving incoming calls (no ringing, nothing on the display). The call is directed to the voicemail, and the user receives the message by email.
This is quite frustrating as it happens only from time to time, but several times a day.
When looking a the call history list, we see the incoming call, which has been diverted to the voicemail.
So the call is correctly transferred from the SIP provider to the IPBX, but there is something wrong between the kerio box and the phone.
How can we sort this ? I suppose there could be some interesting information in the debug log but I don't know exactly what to look for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
