My colleague and I recently wiped our Macs and updated them to OSX Yosemite. Now we are trying to reconfigure our Apple Mail applications to work with Kerio Connect. We are both receiving the same error message when we run the Kerio Connect Account Assistant, telling us that it requires OS 10.5 or higher (obviously it is). I've tried installing it several times and keep getting the same error (see attachment). What's the deal?

You need to upgrade the server to version 8.3.4, which brings support for Yosemite clients.

We don't use the server in our office, it's administered from our headquarters in Amsterdam (we are in Shanghai). We've never had to use the server before this to use Apple Mail, and our colleagues who didn't wipe their computers don't have this problem. Is there something else we can do?

You have to manually configure Apple Mail (you can get the settings from your IT). Only the Kerio Connect Account Assistant does not work. (But it is recommended to upgrade the Kerio Connect Server as well.)
