Probably combination of enabled "Log hostnames for incoming connections" option on the server and issues with your DNS server.

Thanks for that Tip. Since Kerio 8.4 we also noticed a lag in Admin and Webmail. With the Option disabled, it is as fast as before with 8.3.4.

We had this lag problem inconsistently for about 9 months with one of my remote users who works from home.

We just fixed it today, then found this post.

Server is running 9.2.7 patch 3 on MacOS 10.11.

The lag was only with iOS devices connecting from his home network. It happened with several iPhones and several different iPads only on his home wifi network. It did NOT happen with his MacOS laptop on his home wifi network.

The problem was across http, IMAP and SMTP.

It's an easy fix when you know Smile

ft.
