Hi together,

I'm trying to add some shared calendars from other users with kerio connect 8.3.3 and Outlook 2010.

In the webmail center it is working without any problem. On the calendars view I get the overview of available calendars from all users. There I can also add them.

But in outlook I dont get them.

Even if I try to add them manually with add shard calendars by adressbook.

The calendar will be added but without any information (no information error)

What could be the problem?

Hi,

If you follow the instructions regarding subscribing to shared folders using Kerio Outlook Connector in this KnowledgeBase article:

http://kb.kerio.com/229

You should find it works.

I hope this helps.

Hi Neil,

thank you for the reply.

Is this the only way (other mailboxes)?
Because we have 16 User with 16 calendars + Resources and so its much work to do for each user.
For example in the webmail interface it's very easy to add shared calendars.

Thank you.

That's the way to do it, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply.

That also means I have 16+ Email Boxes under E-Mail in Outlook.

I'm afraid that is a by-product that we can't control.
