Hi. As we are merging with a larger company who are huge Gmail users, has anybody got any pointers about how to export current Kerio Mail, Kerio Calendars and Kerio Public Folders? There is no MS Exchange involved, most of the help here involves that. Only 25 users so making the accounts can be manual if required. We have our contacts elsewhere as tab delim also.

They have stated that we are not to be running two separate e-mail systems, especially as we will all be in the same building. And they are making the rules I'm afraid.

Any info will be gratefully received, thanks.

GMail supports an import from POP3/calendar/contacts or other accounts - so add the user to gmail, add the account (like pop3) and start dling of kerio. You could also set up thunderbird with lightning to import/copy/export (whatever works best) all the mails. There is no automatic way, only per user. With exchange you have a full ad/dc behind doing the authentification process. Not with gmail.
