Had a customer call this morning afraid to do this because (he said) "I'll lose my config".

After double checking with Kerio to make sure I wasn't crazy, I explained the issue, but I really would have liked to point him to a KB article for reassurance. AFAIK, there isn't one?

He'd need to move *.cfg, his license and his ssl certs. I suppose he could leave the store where it is, but that could be bad if it's in the 32 bit install directory and somebody later removes unused software, so he should move that too.

If there is no KB, I'm going to write something up for him tomorrow.

I don't think there's a KB article, but you are on the right track. If indeed the store folder is a sub of the installation folder, I would recommend that your document instruct the user to move it elsewhere. A separate drive would be best.

Other than tat, the move to 64 bit is painless. At least, is was for us.

Yeah, I suppose it is the same as that, but people don't think of it that way. I'll write up something for him and post it at my website. If you guys want to steal it for a KB later, go right ahead, you have my permission.
