Hello! i need to set a rule to allow ALL MESSAGES for a domain.

Tried to do it by adding a custom rule but IT IS NOT WORKING.

The error the other side is getting is Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Authentication Required' (delivery attempts: 0)>'

I tried EVERYTHING and I have only one MX.

Is there any way to have thus fixed?

THANKS.

Is this for someone who is trying to send email through your domain to a different domain as to what is on the Kerio server?

For example:
Your Kerio Connect server hosts email for abc.com.

Someone is trying to connect to your SMTP connector and send email to def.com.

If that is the case, then that is normal, as you don't want people to be able to connect to your SMTP connector and send email out to other domains. That's a very fast way of getting onto spam blacklists.

If you want external people to send email, either set them up with Outlook and the Kerio Outlook Connector, or they will have to authenticate to your SMTP connector before sending email.

On the SMTP Server page, under Relay Control, turn on the setting for "Users Authenticated through SMTP for outgoing email", but again, they will have to authenticate with a legitimate account before they can send email. (although from the looks of your error message this might already be turned on)
