I am experiencing a situation where a user forwards an email and the CC people are dropped. The "old web mail client" works correctly. This causes the forwarded recipient to not know who was included in the previous threads.

Am I missing something here? Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to include the previous CC people?

Thanks much...

Hi there.

Are you talking about the 'header' information in the body of the forwarded message? since forwarding presents you with blank fields from TO: and CC:.

The Connect client provides a reduced header strip currently, but this should change in a future release of Connect.

I hope this helps.

Mark,

Thank you for the reply...

Let's try this.

Recp. A gets an email and it show it was CC to B, C,and D. When Recp A forwards the document to Recp E, E sees that it was from A but the CCs to B,C, and D have been dropped. (this is not the case using the Old Web Mail client), therefore, Recp E wonders if they need to inform BCD of the email...

Thanks, Andy
