Hello, fairly new user here. Testing it out on my home network. Everything is working great on my network except for one device (a Tivo box) When it tries to connect over the internet to get it's guide data it errors out. The Tivo says failed while negotiating which i know is vague. Other internet services on the Tivo are fine. For example I can access Netflix, Amazon all on the Tivo fine.

I am not getting any (or enough for me) clues in the Kerio logs to know what is going on. I do see that the tiro is trying to connect http to a 204.xx.xx.xx address and some point after that is when it fails.

- I have all Kerio control settings on the default settings with no crazy rules created. I have turned off web filtering just in case, and there is no required user authentication going on. I have pretty much turned off every setting once and tried a reconnect to see if it will work but still not luck. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tivo uses non-standard HTTP, which is not allowed through Kerio Control. You can disable inspection for the Tivo device. Refer to this forum post http://forums.kerio.com/t/19635/
Additional information in available in the Kerio Knowledge base http://kb.kerio.com/1689
