A client did not used the correct VPN credentials. Now her IP address is blocked.

The following message is in the Security logs:
Maximal amount of unsuccessful authentication attempts reached, IP address x.x.x.x is blocked.

Where/How can I unblock this IP address so she can connect with VPN again?
