Hello,

When I login in into the Kerio Connect webmail and click on a mail, the following error is displayed,

Invalid value for Mail.folderID
(also see attachment)

I tried the search function but did not find anything about this error.

Anyone who can help me to solve this?

Thank you

Is this problem restricted to just your account, or is it everyone? Have you tried re-indexing the mail box?

Only one account has this issue.
I tried your suggestion to re-index the mail box, but that did not helped.

The issue is still not resolved (the latest version of Kerio is installed).

Now the error message only displays when I delete a message.

Because nobody has an answer I contacted Kerio directly and I received this week an email that says,

Thank you for report. We fixed this issue, it will be available in the nearest future version. We appreciate you are helping us to make a Kerio Connect client better!
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

So hopefully the problem is solved with the next update
