Today I received this message logging in to kerio connect:

Folder of GUID keriostorage://folder/82dbfb7d-4bed-4d8e-99f0-d308fa6764ba doesn't exist.

everything at first glance seems to be there, no errors in Outlook or webmail. I searched for this and did find a short thread relating to migrating from an earlier version. We did upgrade and migrate a few months ago and all has been working fine since.

Anyone know if this is cause for alarm?

Thanks,

Jeff

I have some more info; hopefully someone knows something about this. Other users get this message too, but with different GUID #s. I finally tracked it down to a line in status.fld inside __wm__autoCompleteContacts.

What is status.fld? Is it some sort of temp file? Can I safely delete it or wipe out the offending line? Below is what's in this file:

It is an important file and should not be deleted not manipulated.

Is there any useful message in server logs? Warning or Error?

Nothing. I turned on all the "message store" messages in the debug log and the only mention of this folder is:

[22/Jan/2015 08:03:59][4930408448] {folder} Connecting to opened folder ~jcooper<_at_>kingarch.com/__wm__autoCompleteContacts, refcount=1.
[22/Jan/2015 08:03:59][4930408448] {folder} Closing folder ~jcooper<_at_>kingarch.com/__wm__autoCompleteContacts, refcount=1

No errors. However, it is reporting that it cannot find a completely unrelated mail folder:

[22/Jan/2015 08:03:57][4750336000] {folder} Cannot open folder ~jcooper<_at_>kingarch.com/INBOX/Tech Support Requests: directory doesn't exist.

I know it's missing because I deleted it months ago. Have no idea why it's still looking for it. This may be an unrelated coincidence, but I'm grasping a straws at this point.

Anyway, the error seems to only occur when I launch the newer Kerio Connect. By default, I load the old WebMail first and get no message. When I switch to Kerio Connect I get the error.

Thanks,

Jeff
