Is there a way to block a user from sending e-mail? We have several users that left our organization and we want them to be able to receive e-mail for a short time, but not be able to send. Thanks in advance!

If they are no longer with the organization, how are they sending mail? At the very least, change their password. Then only those that know it can login to send mail, meanwhile incoming mail will still flow.

If you are letting them receive mail for a short time as a courtesy, I would recommend having them supply you a new e-mail address. Change the password on their account, then set the account to forward incoming mail to their alternate e-mail account.

Let your conscience be your guide regarding monitoring the content of incoming mail.
