I have almost every day this warning:

Connection attempt to service HTTP from IP
address x.x.x.x.x rejected: too many connections. Connection
limit is 10.

What is exactly the problem? And can this be solved by just increasing the limit?

(whereby x.x.x.x.x is my local IP address)

The problem is that your server has been configured to accept only 10 simultaneous HTTP connections at the same time.
You should increase this limit in Services setting for HTTP service in Kerio Connect administration.

I understand that. But how many connections is reasonably with only 5 users with 2-3 devices each.
And what is the disadvantage when I configured more possible connections than necessary?

Default value is 1000. Use "100", it is safe.
