From a third-party application, I need to send by mail accounting data.
In this app you set up an email account, password, smtp server and port.

When data from a personal account (Gmail) is entered, the mail is sent normally, but when I enter data from K.Connect account get the following error:
# 1429 - send - 0x00000213 Error CDO.Message.1 transport in connection with the server.

In the Debug Log:

Enable "Network connection and SSL" debug messages. There seems to be an incompatibility in used SSL ciphers between server and client.

It seems that the secure connection is established, and then your 3rd party application closes it. Does your application have a way to give some more information?

Does sending work without encryption? I am not suggesting to do this in production, this is just to rule out other causes.

The problem was solved by the owner of the 3rd App. The emails are sent correctly and the customer receives them, but now the problem is that the mails sent by the app are not reflected in the mailbox of "Sent Items" (or any another folder) account of K.Connect
