Hi, hope you can help. I have Kerio Connect 8.3.3 (3332) on Operating system: Mac OS X (10.10.1), x86_64 and an iPhone 6+ on 8.1.1, I configured the iPhone (not on the same network as Kerio) using the set up my phone on the web mail site, this worked perfectly until I came onto the same network as kerio now it won't sync the mails until I leave the network, is there a way round this where the mails will sync when on the same network.

Thank you In advance

This seems to be a network problem. Probably the server hostname cannot be resolved via DNS in that network. I suggest to consult this with your network administrator.

+1 : seems to be a basic network issue, most likely an issue on your router. What is the server host you have setup on your iphone ? Is that IP accesible from the local network you are located ?
