Hi all,
i have created a desktop application in c# and i connected it with kerio by ActiveSync. With Kerio Connect 8.2.2 is all ok and i can syncronize my folders, with Kerio Connect 8.4.0 i can't syncronize my folders because i have an error of protocol, i can see it in the warning log and the error is:
ActiveSyncRequest::Execute: Access for device de1234 denied because this device uses unsupported version of protocol (1.0)
In my application i haven't any protocol 1.0 and i can't see it in data that i have transmitted to server Kerio.
What is it this error?? How can i do to resolve it?? What do i have to modify in Kerio or in my application??
Thank you for reply.
Regards

You must licence the protocol from Microsoft and you get also complete protocol description for the client.

Your client must implement EAS 2.5 or 12.0 in order to connect to Kerio Connect server. It does not seem to conform EAS specification (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998357(v=exchg.150).aspx). If you need a help with developing EAS client, please contact Microsoft. EAS is patented and licensed and you must sort out all licensing and other legal issues with Microsoft.
