Hi all. I am new to kerio and was wondering if I can pull a list of inactive accounts to make space for new mailboxes? According to my dashboard I have almost 50 inactive mailboxes that take up licenses. I would like to clean that up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ian,

While Kerio cannot make a list that you can export what you can do is enable a column in the Web Admin to see when the users last logged in, which would help show you which accounts are no longer used.

If you go to WebAdmin->Accounts->Users and right click on one of the column titles (such as 'Username') you will be able to go to 'Columns' and add the 'Last Login' column to be visible.

This should help narrow down which accounts you can remove.

I hope this helps,
Vicky
