I'd like to dublikate all in- and outcoming mails from one client locally on his client computer (just to make the mails better surchchable) Is there a way to get those mails as copy on a client-computer ? System Win7 64, Outlook 2010

Hi Manni,

If the user is using the Kerio Offline connector they will have a local copy of the emails on their machine already. However if they want a 2nd local copy you can always use Outlook to export a copy to a .pst file. Just be careful with a .pst file as the bigger they get the harder they are to work with.

I hope this helps,
Vicky
