We use an exit key to let callers go to our voicemail if they don't want to hold on for the next available call handler. When people are pressing 0 for voicemail, the call is being logged in the statistics as a missed call and therefore skewing the numbers.

As far as i'm aware, a missed call is one that ends in the caller hanging up before either getting through to a call handler or a voice mail?

I tried to reproduce it with Operator 2.3.x and all my calls are logged as "Answered by voicemail". What I find confusing is that the second part of the call (when voicemail calls the other number) is not logged, it probably should be.
