Hello,
i have a little Problem. Where can i find the Announcement-Files for the Voicemail in German? In the Audio-Bibliothek i did not find any File. In the Operator there are Names like Anweisungen or Nachrichten bei beschäftigt/nicht beschäftigt, but no way to see what Audio-File is there behind.

with kind regards.

Hartmut

Hi,

Operator comes with built-in german voice prompts. To use a different voice prompt set, please read < http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/server-configurat ion-kerio-operator/language-settings-in-kerio-operator-940.h tml>.

Apart from that, each user can record their own unavailable or busy message. To do that, dial your mailbox (50), press 0 for settings and follow the voice menus.

Best
Filip

Hi!

go to "Advanced options" -> "General" tab and press most top "Configure" button (nearby "Learn more..." link). There you can import ("Add") any of language, incliding 'second' German language set...

Have a nice day!
