When StorageCheck: bdbFolderCheck: Message store control starts it reports that lots (probably all) folders are missing properties.fld file.

[25/Jan/2015 01:30:18][5773] {storecheck} StorageCheck: bdbFolderCheck: Opening folder: ~user.name<_at_>company.hr/Sent Items.
[25/Jan/2015 01:30:18][5773] {storecheck} BDBChecker: Validating file: /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/mail/company.hr/user.name/Sent Items/properties.fld.
[25/Jan/2015 01:30:18][5773] {storecheck} StorageCheck: validateFile: File: /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/mail/company.hr/user.name/Sent Items/properties.fld doesn't exists.
[25/Jan/2015 01:30:18][5773] {storecheck} BDBChecker: File: /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/mail/company.hr/user.name/Sent Items/properties.fld is correct.
[25/Jan/2015 01:30:18][5773] {storecheck} StorageCheck: bdbFolderCheck: Closing folder: ~user.name<_at_>company.hr/Sent Items.

And same messages repeat week after week.

1. Why are those files missing?
2. Why Connect doesn't create them, if they are missing?

It is just a debug message. Disable it in debug log if it concerns you.
1. Because the file is created only when needed.
2. Because you are using clients, which don't need this file (IMAP, WebMail).
