Hi all,

Has anyone found a cost effective way off migrating data out of Kero Workspace, if you are not moving to Samepage?

I would also like to know that. We need to find a similar product to Workspace, that can be installed locally and beeing safe, instead of cloud solution on foreign ground.

I use FileCloud (www.getfilecloud.com) - caution - it only handles files so items like the text blocks, images, etc. don't convert. Same with comments and previous versions of files. FileCloud does allow comments and support previous file versions, I just couldn't find an easy way to migrate that data from Workspace to FileCloud.

I never found a cost effective solution to migrate 100% of the information located in workspace. We are very file-centric so while I hated to leave previous versions behind but it was the best way for us to move forward - everyone will have their own "give and takes".
