Hi there,

Question about calendars but maybe a wish?
Is it possible to mark a private appointment in a private calendar with a right mouse-click to a shared business agenda as reserved?

So can I reserve the appointment on wo 27 (16:00 Dentist) as reserved in the business calendar?
I heard that some exchange server it can..

Thanks

Is the Calendar app configured with CalDAV account?
Select the calendar first and then create an event.

Yes that's correct.

I know how to make an appointment, What we want is that if an appointment is made in the private calendar you can also put it in the business calendar as reserved. So the other employees know that there's some time reserved in his private time/calendar.
