We just had a DR event with one of our client servers, I had to build a new server and copy the entire filesystem from a backup.

The files came across but the date was reset for each eml file. This caused all email in the users inbox to have a date / time of the date it was copied on. I then ran a python script to reset the file date and time attributes to the original ones in the backup. This has worked for one user who can now see the correct date / time in the email but for another one it is not working. I have asked them to log out, re-indexed their mailbox using the web client but this has made no difference.

Does anyone know why this is not updating?

Thanks

Graham
