Hosted Connect server updated to 8.4.1. Since then one customer, running Outlook 2010 with KOC 8.4.1.3789, can not send or receive email. No error messages. Send/Receive Progress window shows task completed. Nothing else has changed.

Anyone else see this? If so, did you figure out a solution?

Thanks.

Hello Len,

As a first step, try creating a new Outlook profile.

If still no joy I'd recommend that you raise a support ticket, so that we can help you in more detail.

Best regards,

Neil.

Neil,

I thought I posted the solution.

Norton Internet Security was started blocking for some reason. As soon as opened NIS, mail started sending and receiving. No changes to NIS. Go figure.

Thanks.

Ah OK!

I'm glad you found the cause.

Don't you just love NIS at times?!!!
