Hi all,

A user accidentally removed a folder from Outlook (IMAP), I have a backup (3'rd party backup) so I've copied back the deleted folder to Inbox folder but still the cannot see that folder. What else should be copied back except the folder itself so that Outlook will see it again?

Thank you.

Ok, I've managed to recover that folder, I see it in the WebMail but it doesn't show on Outlook. Why? And what to do so it would appear in Outlook too.

Re-index the user's mailbox. Then in Outlook, check the user's folder subscriptions.
