The site works on a different IP port 444, now I have it moved to a new computer and configured on port 443.

When you try to go to the site https://domain.com through Chrome, I get an error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. If try through IE, I get an error - Internet Explorer can not display the web page. If in IE to disable SSLv2, then the site opens. But this is not an option. What is the error?
