Hi All,

I'm new to Operator and am in the process of researching which handsets we should use. I know there is already a supported handset list, but of those, are any supported more than others.

I'm leaning towards Polycom 335, but that's only due to being familiar with them.

What I don't want, is for users to ask, "why doesn't anything happen when i press the pre-labled button X"

Thanks

Hi,

Cisco SPA5xx and Yealink T4x phones would be my top pick. Mostly because they are highly configurable. The new Yealink series looks beautiful and is also very cheap.

I find Polycom phones more expensive and they have a very limited web administration. One has to configure them mostly using xml files.

Best
Filip

We are really impressed with the Yealink handsets. The range of different handsets means that there is something for every eventuality and the quality and reliability seem great too.

Thanks all,

I ended up getting a couple of Yealink 4x handsets to play with. So far they seem to be quite nice units.
